The current pitch fee at Crowsheath Estate is £298.12 per calendar month, usually paid monthly.

We adjust our pitch fee yearly to keep up with inflation.

Water is charged Monthly, usually at the same time as the ground rent.

Gas is supplied in bottles purchased from the site office at the supplier’s rate.

Electricity is on a smart meter.
